PRO
For the price a super Phone comming from Android to WinPhone is a relieve and I will never want to go back to any other OS for my next phone.
It''''s supper smooth and hardly ever stutters compared to android which was a drama and just needs to much hardware power.
The screen looks super sharp and bright and indeed even in sun light it is still very well usable while my HTC android was ad those same moments just a miror and useless.
Colors of the nokia are in my opinion also much more vived then any other phone, i personally dislike the screens from Samsung very much because looking from an angle they always look blue, with the Nokia no problems.
Need to say...yes you need to get used to the structure of the OS and in the beginning even I had sometimes that i thought damn in Android I could find it in a second...but it is just getting used to the new OS after you are it''''''''s perfect.
And people who come with WinPhone has no notification bar are just wrong, when you get an email, text etc, there is a bar apearing with a partial text what arrived and then you just look on your screen at the live tiles and you see where the message is comming from....so instead of a tiny notification bar from Android in WinPhone your whole screen is a big nothification center.
Baterie life is OK don''''''''t have the phone that long but it is improving if i really use it intense...yes it will not last a day...but when im at work with 3G and WIFI on non stop a weather app 3 email accounts etc. just a little surfing and shecking the peoples menu etc i make it easelie a full day.
Also even that the phone is the cheapest of the Nokia line up it feels totaly not cheap it feel very solid and the weight is also perfect not to heave and not to light.
And the software from Nokia as HERE is super, and the complains of not having so many apps in the app store.....well I dont miss anything and more is added every time...even Instagram is comming so...
I would recommend this phone to everyone that wants to try out the new Windows Phone OS.
CONTRA
The only downsides I could think of are that this phone has no Compas, NFC and flash light....but honestley I have mist non of these features at all and you find the only in the top range of Nokia so question would be is that worth your extra money to spent?
For me not because navigation etc still works perfect without and the 520 is not set in the market as a camera phone either, in the day pictures are of good quality evening i have not tested yet.
